The Ministry of Health, Wellness, Human Services and Gender Relations is pleased to inform staff and clients of the Castries Wellness Centre located on Chaussee Road, that the facility re-opens, as earlier promised, today, April 27. The decision to re-open is as a result of enhanced security measures in place at the facility. The Ministry would like to thank both staff and clients for their patience and understanding during the closure of the facility.
